Organizing projects - The Project module

Akuiteo is an integrated management software package based on projects management and monitoring. A project is considered as essential as it is common to all other modules found in Akuiteo. It holds the project's analytical structure.

A project has a code and must be linked to a customer record sheet, and therefore to a company. It can also be linked to an entity, provided the entity was created for the relevant company.

The project therefore becomes a criterion used during the analytical distribution of all the company's data. All the projects must account for all the management data. You can therefore differentiate between:

• Direct projects.
• Internal or structural projects. These are arbitrary projects codes that contain costs related to internal tasks (the set of business projects form a project that enables you to track and evaluate all related costs). As such, internal projects must therefore be linked to the company itself.
