The CatchMail allows you to perform certain actions in Akuiteo by sending an email from your mail service.

The actions possible with the CatchMail are the following ones:

• Creating events linked to objects or third-parties;
• Uploading documents linked to objects or-third parties;
• Signing quotations;
• Sending direct messages on help desk issues;
• Creates expense reports.
